Cancellation & Refund Policy

 CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY - ACCOMMODATION

Please note this policy applies to accomodation not booked via a function/wedding

Guests who need to cancel an accomodation booking should contact us as soon as possible. Bookings already paid are only returned in accordance with the following conditions;
We require 72 hours notice of cancellation or change of booking, all bookings will be charged 72 hours prior to arrival. Notifications of cancellation or changes must be made in writing to.
Non-arrival guests, who are unable to attend or fail to attend for whatever reason forfeit their booking paid and the full amount of the booking will be due. It is suggested that booking guests take out appropriate holiday / cancellation insurance where required.

Some promotional bookings will be pre-paid no cancellations, these will be highlighted on the promotion. During times of peak demand and over special occasions we may enforce a no cancellation policy, this will be communicated via your booking channel.

In the rare event we need to cancel your booking with us, please be aware that we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control and that our liability to you is limited to the refund of any payment already made.
